Bus Transport
Bus Transport
A bus pickup for dancers arriving by plane has been organised.
The bus will leave Tullamarine Airport on the 28th June at 2.30pm
The return bus will leave University College on the 5th July at 9.00am.
Please advise your flight details so that we can list all those travelling on the bus.
Arrangements for bus passengers will be advised prior to the 28th June.

Please complete the Medical Information Form.
Print, complete and seal in an envelope with your name on the front and hand the envelope to one of the Winter School Committee members at registration.
This information is confidential. A member of the Winter School Committee will only use this information in the event of an emergency when it will be given to any doctors or other professionals who may need to treat you. Your form can be collected at the end of the Winter School from a Winter School Committee member. Any uncollected forms will be safely disposed of.

We will be taking photographs and videos during the Winter School for the purpose of RSCDS internal and external publications, newsletters, presentations and RSCDS websites and possibly local and national newspaper articles.
If you DO NOT wish your image to be published in any way, please fill in the Privacy Form and hand it to a Winter School Committee member at registrations or email it to familyreed@bigpond.com
